Current use on this website
Dastè uses Google Analytics 4 (G-NRFFRQ5LY8) only after you accept analytics cookies. Until then, the Google script is not loaded. GA4 measures page views and interactions with contact, reservation, map and menu links. The website does not use advertising profiling or remarketing tools.
Advertising consent remains denied. Declining analytics does not restrict access to the website or reservations.

Cookies and technical tools
The first-party daste_consent cookie remembers your choice for 180 days (approximately 6 months). After consent, Google Analytics may set _ga (visitor identifier) and _ga_NRFFRQ5LY8 (session state), each lasting up to 2 years. Hosting and security infrastructure may also use tools strictly necessary to deliver and protect the service.

Links to external services
The website has ordinary links to WhatsApp and Google Maps, without embedding those services. Until you select one of these links, Dastè does not send them data through embedded components. Google Analytics is handled separately through the consent banner.
Following a link takes you away from ristorantedaste.it to the chosen service, which may use cookies and other tools according to its own policy and your account or device settings.

Consent
The banner lets you accept or decline analytics with equally prominent buttons. Closing it counts as declining. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Manage cookies” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and removes this website’s GA cookies. The newsletter checkbox concerns email communications only, not cookies.
Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data; transfers to Google LLC in the United States may take place under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. Statistical data retention depends on the setting in the GA4 property. This policy and the consent controls will be updated before introducing other tools that require consent.
